Refund policy

RETURNS:

If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason with your purchase, within 30 days of your purchase, you may return any undamaged items that are in like-new condition for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds on gift cards.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be undamaged, all the pieces included, and in the same condition as when it was shipped from us. It must also be in the original packaging (not the original shipping box, but everything that was included in the shipping box.) If it is apparel it must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to be accepted for a refund.

To complete your return/refund, please email us at support@streemoutdoors.com and we will give you the details on how to return your purchase for a refund.

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of your purchase, at the amount of the purchase price. Sale items will be applied to any other item at the price paid. You are responsible for shipping costs to Streem, but we will cover shipping costs back to you.

Rods/Reels: If you are wanting to exchange a rod or reel, please email support@streemoutdoors.com

Streem Wear: Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on any Streem apparel.

Again as a reminder we cannot accept any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
