How to Submit a Streem Warranty Claim

We have "Streem" lined the warranty process to make it as easy and simple as possible to submit a warranty claim. We love to fish, and we know you do too, so we do everything we possibly can to keep you on the water longer. This page is designed to walk you through how to submit a lifetime warranty claim for a Streem Rod or Reel.

Streem Fly Rod – Warranty Claim Process

Step 1. Email support@streemoutdoors.com or use the contact section at the bottom of this page with the following details:
    • Your full name, shipping address, and phone number
    • Streem Rod Model Name (Brook, Rift, Moby)
    • Rod Weight (3wt, 5wt, 7wt, 9wt)
    • Rod Length (9ft or 10 ft)
    • Rod Section(s) (Tip Section #1, Section #2 (Mid Upper), Section #3 (Mid Lower), Section #4 Handle
    • Tell us a brief description of reason for the claim.
    • Email us 2-3 pictures showing the damage to the rod:
      • close-up photo of the damage/break
      • Medium close-up photo of the damage
      • Any other angles that will help show the damage and what happened
Step 2. Submit Processing Fee Payment. Click HERE to make a payment through our website or you can make a payment to our PayPal account. Go to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com, then make a payment to: support@streemoutdoors.com in one of the following amounts:
        Contiguous U.S. = $38.00
        Alaska & Hawaii = $45.00

        Canada = $60.00 USD

Streem Fly Reel – Warranty Claim Process

Step 1. Email support@streemoutdoors.com or use the contact section at the bottom of this page with the following details:

    • Your full name, shipping address, and phone number
    • Streem Reel Model Name (S1 or S2 Pro)
    • Reel Size (3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10)
    • Tell us a brief description of reason for the claim.
Step 2. Mail your fly reel to the following location:
1123 N Fairfield Road #2055
Layton UT, 84041

We will take care of the shipping cost getting the reel back to you. We strongly encourage you to opt in for insurance and tracking with the carrier you use. We are not responsible for any products that get lost in delivery to us.

Step 3. As soon as we inspect the reel, we will contact you via email or by phone to determine the amount owed for repair. As soon as payment is made, we will ship the reel back to you.
