Rods – Lifetime Warranty

Here at Streem, we have the absolute best fly rod lifetime warranty in the industry. We understand a fly rod is an investment and we want you to have full confidence that if anything happens to it, we have you covered. If a Streem fly rod breaks for any reason, we’ll get it repaired or have a replacement piece back into your hands in matter of just a couple days, for just a small shipping/processing fee ($38 Contiguous US & $60 Canada).

Whether its accidentally slamming your truck door or tailgate on your rod or having it break trying to undue a nasty snag. Whatever the cause, we understand that rods just simply end up breaking from time to time. We’ve created a simple 2-step warranty process that enables you to get your rod repaired and back on the water as soon as possible.

Rather than wasting time mailing in your broken rod, we simply ask you to submit a few pictures to us to speed up the claim process. This saves you money and time.

Discontinued rods that need repaired or fixed may be replaced with a similar rod when necessary.

*The Streem Lifetime rod warranty does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product. The Streem Rod -Lifetime Warranty only pertains to Streem fly rods.

Reels – Lifetime Warranty

As we’ve mentioned, we want you to know we will take care of you. It’s what makes us who we are. We know the importance of having great quality products and a warranty to back them up to guarantee you’ll have great lasting products.

All Streem Fly Reels come with a 2-year no-fault original owner warranty. If a Streem fly reel breaks for any reason during the two years, we’ll get it repaired or have a replacement reel back in your hands as quickly as possible. Within this 2-year time period the warranty covers any accidental, normal wear and tear, incidental or manufacture defects. It does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product. If a warranty claim is submitted during this 2-year time period, there will be a $55 ($70 for CA) processing fee.

If you have had your Streem reel outside the 2-year window, the reel is covered under our original owner limited lifetime warranty. This covers any defects or faults to the manufacturing of the reel. This lifetime warranty does not cover accidental, normal wear and tear, incidental, loss, theft, intentional damage or cosmetic damage. A processing fee may still be assessed and will be determined upon inspection of the damage of the reel.

Due to the mechanics and moving pieces of fly reels, you will need to send in your fly reel for us to assess the issues and to get it repaired or replaced. You are responsible for covering shipping to us and we will take care of the shipping cost back to you. Don’t worry, the turnaround time as soon as we get your reel is only a couple days and will be expedited back to you. We strongly encourage you to opt in for insurance and tracking with the carrier you use. We are not responsible for any products that get lost in delivery to us.
